We would like to inform you that, we have recently changed Alawwal Invest Mutual Funds’ Terms and Conditions as follows:
A) Changes and amendments in the Alawwal Invest Mutual Funds Board after obtaining CMA approval. Hence, the membership of Mr. Mishal Al-Hawas – non independent member was canceled, and he will be replaced by Mr. Ali Al-Gudaihi – non independent member.
B) Corrections in the Mutual Funds list overseen by the Mutual Funds Board.
C) Changing the name, and the identity of Saudi Hollandi Capital to become Alawwal Invest. This change will be reflected on all company’s forms, documents, and Funds Terms and Conditions. Hence, we would like to assure you that this change is only limited to the commercial name, the brand, and the website address.
